| Professional Server Support |
We provide 24-hour support to our
server parking clients. You will be provided with a pager number
that you can call for support 24 x 7 x 365. Time is billed in
15-minute intervals with a half-hour minimum. Our support prices
are as follows:

- 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- $60/hour
- 5pm - 9pm Monday to Friday
- $90/hour
- Weekend and Emergency
- $120/hour
|
Clients are provided 2 hours
access to the server room per month for scheduled activity
at no charge. Additional time is available at $20/hour.
